No payment record from Rakuten Insight in my PayPal account. What should I do?

Firstly, please check whether your registered e-mail address is the same with your PayPal account. If you want to change your registered e-mail address, please update your e-mail address from "Account Settings". If you cannot log into PayPal with the e-mail address, please contact us from here.
